Taylor Swift She expressed relief that she and Travis Kelce were not home when burglars targeted Kelce’s mansion in Leawood, Kansas. The robbery occurred in October while Kansas City Chiefs star Kelce was cheering Swift from the stands at a National Football League game against the New Orleans Saints. The robbery occurred just one day after a similar attack on the Missouri home of Kelce’s teammate Patrick Mahomes. Reports indicate that $20,000 (approximately Rs 16.88 lakh) in cash was stolen from Kelce’s property. Details about the items stolen from Mahomes’ home remain unclear. Authorities are currently investigating both incidents.

A source close to the couple told Page Six: “They are thankful no one was injured and neither of them were home at the time of the robbery.”

Neither Taylor Swift nor Travis Kelce have spoken publicly about the recent robbery at Kelce’s mansion. Speaking to reporters about the incident before the Kansas City Chiefs’ game against the Buffalo Bills, Patrick Mahomes said, “Obviously it’s frustrating and disappointing,” according to NBC News. I cannot go into too much detail because the investigation is ongoing. But it’s actually something you wouldn’t want to happen to anyone but yourself.”

According to previous reports from TMZ, the FBI is working with local authorities to investigate the burglaries at Patrick Mahomes and Travis’ homes. The FBI’s involvement in the case indicates that the robbery may have been linked to a group of criminals working together in different states, sources said. The athlete had reportedly purchased her mansion after his relationship with Taylor Swift went public to ensure more privacy.

After the win of the Kansas City Chiefs, Travis Kelce was celebrating his team’s victory at the party with Taylor Swift. It is unknown whether Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, and their two children, Sterling and Bronze, were at their home at the time of the robbery. A source told the Daily Mail after the crime that Travis had no intention of selling his property but had invested heavily in improving security. The source explained that the crime appeared to be well planned as the intruders knew exactly when the house would be empty. The insider emphasized that both Taylor and Travis are taking extra precautions to avoid future risks.
