A Hyde Park woman was ordered held without bail Wednesday in West Roxbury Boston Municipal Court after being accused of threatening a prosecutor during her son’s trial, authorities said.

Felicia Rodriguez, 46, was held on $200 bail and ordered to stay away from the prosecutor and West Roxbury BMC except for official court business. According to a statement from the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

Just after 11:30 a.m., the deputy district attorney heard a “derogatory” comment in the gallery while arraigning Rodriguez’s son, the statement said.

The ADA allegedly turned, saw Rodriguez and heard him say, “Watch your back.”

These words, which other court officials also listened to, were recorded in the court’s audio recording system.

Judge Kathleen Coffey ordered court officers to take Rodriguez into custody.

Rodriguez is accused of intimidating a court official, threatening to commit a crime and violating civil rights, according to the statement. He will return to court on December 19.

“Anyone who thinks they can threaten a prosecutor, a judge or any court official without consequence is deeply mistaken,” Suffolk District Attorney Kevin Hayden said in a statement. “We will not tolerate such threats in any shape or form.”
