Lancaster County man charged with multiple felony sex crimes against children: police

LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHP) — A Lancaster County man has been charged with multiple felony child sex crimes in connection with an attack that occurred in 2023, according to the Columbia County Police Department.

Robert Fink Jr., 43, was arrested on multiple sex crime charges, including statutory sexual assault, involuntary sexual intercourse with a person under 16, aggravated indecent assault and corruption of minors.

Fink was arrested by Columbia County Police after he assaulted a minor in the 900 block of Plane Street on Sept. 9, 2023, authorities said.

Charging documents state that a 13-year-old girl was brought to the Columbia Police Department by her parents following reports of a sexual assault.

The victim told police he was at an apartment with Fink and his girlfriend around 8 p.m. on Sept. 9. He stated that after Fink’s girlfriend left the apartment, Fink provided her with marijuana and began massaging the victim.

The victim continued to speak with police and stated that Fink performed sexual acts on her after she was told “no.” Fink allegedly proceeded to remove the victim’s clothing and began assaulting the victim.

Charging documents detail that DNA tests taken in the initial attack matched the DNA profile taken from Fink during the search warrant.

He is in the Lancaster County Jail awaiting a preliminary hearing set for Nov. 19.
