(Society)Yonsei University Applies for Temporary Citation of the Decision ‘Suspension of the Activity of Frequent Discussions’

Yonsei University appealed to the Seoul Western District Court yesterday (the 15th), and the court decided to partially lift the preliminary injunction.

Yonsei University has also applied for an expedited date, but the date for this case has not yet been determined.

The court had previously decided to halt the pursuit of the essay exam before the class action ruling, saying it was important for the procedure to be fair since the results of the essay exam would decide whether to pass or not.

34 people, including those who took Yonsei University’s natural essay exam, filed a lawsuit seeking retesting as well as an injunction to suspend the test’s validity after the survey was pre-distributed at one of the testing sites.
