Image released after TV stolen in Nottingham

Detectives investigating a break-in want to talk to the man in this image.

The theft took place at a property on Frogmore Street. nottinghamA television was among the stolen items.

The victims, who lived in a shared house, woke up to discover their home had been broken into.

Other items taken during the theft, which occurred between 5 a.m. and 10 a.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024, included food, alcohol and other electrical items.

Officers are analyzing hours of CCTV footage and are now in a position to release this clip taken from a bus passing along Mansfield Road.

Detective Constable Natalia Montano, of Nottinghamshire Police, said:

“We believe the footage is clear enough for anyone who knows this man to identify him.

“Officers wish to speak to him urgently following this theft as we believe he may have important information. “Anyone who knows who he is should get in touch.

“Equally, if anyone has additional information about the incident or any relevant CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage, please contact authorities.

“We are determined to find out who is responsible as these types of break-ins always have financial and emotional impacts on victims.

“No one deserves to have their safe space invaded like this by a stranger.”.”
