The AirPods 3 are a few years old at this point, and they lack some of the features of the fourth-generation models released this year. But for those who don’t care about features like Active Noise Cancellation, Speech Awareness and others, this is a great opportunity.

This month, three Apple customers filed a class-action lawsuit against Apple, accusing the Cupertino company of violating California consumer protection laws and false advertising to continue selling AirPods Pro models that have ongoing problems with crackling or static noises.
