Madhupada School Principal Arrested for Rape

Visakhapatnam: Police arrested the principal of Madhupada Public School in Gantyada mandal of Vizianagaram district on charges of sexually assaulting the mother of one of his students. According to reports, the mother visited school principal Srinivasa Rao on Thursday to correct errors in her son’s school certificates. He suggested that they go to Srungavarapukota together to resolve the issues directly with the authorities concerned. Trusting his words, the woman agreed to accompany him on her motorcycle.

However, Srinivasa Rao went to a deserted garden where he sought sexual favors in exchange for correcting his son’s documents. Despite her protests and screams, he allegedly raped her in a remote place.

The school principal then dropped her at Pandhara Appanna Junction and warned her that her son’s certificates would be jeopardized if she reported the matter to anyone.

However, the woman contacted her husband, who came to pick her up. Together they went to the Women Police Station in Srungavarapukota and lodged a complaint.

The police station registered a case and arrested Srinivasa Rao. Further research is ongoing.
