Sean “Diddy” Combs The suspect allegedly attempted to blackmail victims and potential witnesses while awaiting trial on sex trafficking charges and attempted to “corruptly influence” public opinion from behind bars, according to court documents filed Friday and obtained by Fox News Digital.

The 55-year-old rap manager has been held at the Broolyn Metropolitan Detention Center since his arrest in September on charges of racketeering, forcible sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution.

“Since being detained at MDC, the defendant has continued to evade the custody of law enforcement, corruptly influence witness testimony, and further attack the integrity of these transactions,” prosecutors said.

Disgraced music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs attempted to reach potential witnesses for his upcoming sex trafficking trial and “corruptly influence” public opinion behind bars.

Prosecutors said a review of Combs’ recorded calls from the jail showed Combs asking family members to reach out to potential victims and witnesses and encouraging them to create “narratives” to influence the jury pool. Prosecutors also alleged that Combs promoted marketing strategies to influence public opinion.

“The defendant has repeatedly demonstrated that, even while in custody, he recklessly and repeatedly violates the rules in an attempt to improperly influence the outcome of his case. In other words, the defendant has demonstrated that he cannot be trusted to comply with the circumstances,” prosecutors stated in partially redacted documents.

Prosecutors alleged that Combs’ goal was to “blackmail victims and witnesses into remaining silent or providing statements that would assist his defense.”

In court documents, prosecutors alleged that Combs’ goal was to “blackmail victims and witnesses into remaining silent or providing statements that would assist his defense.”

The disgraced music mogul also allegedly violated prison rules by instructing his callers, including family members and lawyers, to “add other people via a three-way search.”

“This practice is also not permitted by the BOP (Federal Bureau of Prisons) because it helps conceal the identities of those contacted,” the court filing said.

“The fact that the defendant repeatedly circumvented BOP regulations, beginning immediately after arriving at MDC, speaks volumes about his ability to comply with any and all conditions of release.”

The disgraced music mogul has denied accusations of sex trafficking and racketeering.

Combs’ lawyers and representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
