WASHINGTON COUNTY 21 DISTRICT COURT SENTENCES – KWHI.com

In the last session of Washington County 21, seven people pleaded guilty to felonies and were sentenced to sentences ranging from probation to prison.st District Court.

Isaac Deleon, 40, of Houston, was sentenced to 15 years in prison and ordered to pay court costs for Assault on a Peace Officer, a second-degree felony.

Marina Janelle Najera, 28, of Brenham, was placed on probation and sentenced to seven years in prison for Burglary of Dwelling, a second-degree felony. He must also pay court costs, a $1,000 fine, court-appointed attorney fees and a $30 Crime Stoppers fee. Najera was also sentenced to seven years in prison for Aggravated Robbery, another second-degree crime.

Antonio Cantrell Richardson, 47, of Somerville, was sentenced to three years in prison and ordered to pay court costs on a third-degree felony charge of Fraudulent Use/Obtaining Less than Five Items of Information of an Elderly Individual. He was also sentenced to 196 days in the State Prison and ordered to pay court costs on a State Prison Felony for Fraud-Fraud of the Elderly.

Erwin Moore, 64, of Houston, was granted probation and sentenced to two years in prison for Theft of Cattle/Livestock Less than $100,000, a third-degree felony. He will also have to pay $14,395 in restitution and a $50 Crime Stoppers fee.

Lenora Johnson, 53, of Dayton, had her probation revoked after a hearing and was sentenced by the Court to six months in the State Prison for Theft of Property $2,500 to $30,000. He must also pay $11,753 in restitution, court costs and court-ordered attorney fees.

Emeritus Skye Barnes, 20, of Tomball, was sentenced to six years deferred probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance More Than Four Grams, Less Than 400 Grams, a second-degree felony.

Barnes was also fined $500, ordered to pay $180 restitution, perform 100 hours of community service, undergo drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, enroll in a drug offender education program, provide a DNA sample and submit to a urinalysis.

McKenney Kaylin Kelley, 25, of Brenham, was sentenced to three years deferred probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance Less than One Gram, a State Prison Sentence.

He was also ordered to pay court costs, attorney fees and $180 in restitution. In addition, Kelley will be required to perform 100 hours of community service, receive drug/alcohol evaluation and treatment, enter a drug offender education program, provide a DNA sample and submit to a urinalysis.
