Along with their son, Shane Jr., they also had a second son named Jake. However, their love story ended in 1997 when both Coleen and Shane admitted to having affairs during their relationship. In her autobiography, Coleen revealed that she kissed a keyboard player while she and her sisters were on tour.

After the birth of her second son, she enjoyed the attention because she felt unattractive and invisible. She wrote: “It was like a sexual awakening as I kissed my musician. Coleen has since described the incident as “one of the scariest times in her life”. Despite both Coleen and Shane’s infidelities, the pair have managed to keep things amicable and continue to amicably co-parent their son.

After her divorce, she met musician Ray Fensome, who became her second husband and the father of her only daughter, Ciara. The couple got engaged in 2005 and married two years later in 2007. Unfortunately, their marriage did not last long and they ended their relationship two years after the wedding.

However, like Shane, Coleen and Ray appear to have no bad blood and remain close friends to this day. The ITV star recently introduced her partner Michael Jones on Loose Women.

Having met him on the dating app Tinder, their relationship had some ups and downs and they broke up three times, according to reports. But things seem to be back on track.

In a chat with the Mirror some time ago, Coleen admitted: “These were all my problems because of what I’d been through, so I was pushing him away thinking I couldn’t cope. Everything he’s provided for me emotionally and it’s amazing.”

Further evidence that their relationship is strong was revealed when Coleen shared a beautiful photo of herself with Michael and his family at one of her son’s shows in Edinburgh. In total, Coleen has three children, and it looks like her two eldest children have inherited their parents’ showbiz genes.

Jake is no stranger to the spotlight either. He was a member of the band Rixton, now known as Push Baby, who had a No. 1 hit with the song Me and My Broken Heart.

Although Push Baby has announced that he will be taking a break in 2022, Jake is touring solo and sharing stories about his time in the music industry. Recently, Jake revealed on Instagram that he and his partner are expecting a baby.

Coleen Nolan has revealed her pain after her daughter Ciara made a bold move to travel the world. In a candid confession earlier this year, Coleen revealed how much the decision had affected her, admitting: “They’ve worked really hard and saved money and I’m so proud of them and her but to be honest, I just can’t do it.” “Stop crying but I’m trying not to do it in front of him because I’m so excited and proud because it’s such a wonderful thing but it’s like losing my best friend.”

Bernie tragically passed away in 2013 at the age of 52, following a battle with breast cancer that included mastectomy and chemotherapy treatment. Although everything was said to be fine in 2012, the cancer returned and spread rapidly.

Coleen often spoke emotionally on Loose Women about how differently her family members were coping with their loss. Reflecting on the way she remembers loved ones, she shared: “For me, it’s not, ‘Oh, I like having this thing to help me remember them.’ Because I’ve never, ever since the day she died or my birthday. My mom and dad are dead, I’ll never forget.” “

Coleen conveyed Linda’s fighting spirit, commenting: “She’s still in treatment now and that’s what’s keeping her going, ‘as long as they keep treating me, I’ll keep treating me’.”

In a personal statement, Coleen revealed that she experienced a health crisis in 2023 when she was diagnosed with basal cell carcinoma, a type of skin cancer.
