A Tennessee man has been charged with distributing sexually explicit material without consent

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) – A Bolivar, Tennessee man was arrested on a warrant accusing him of recording sexually explicit material without consent.

The warrant stemmed from an investigation in Calloway County, Kentucky, alleging that Kendrick T. Falls, 36, used a recording device to record and distributed sexually explicit material without another person’s consent.

Fall was arrested by the Calloway Co. Sheriff’s Office on November 15 and transported to the county detention facility.

He is charged with video voyeurism (a Class D felony), distributing sexually explicit images without consent, and third-degree terroristic threats.
