Coronation Street Spoilers recall that Cassie Plummer was thrilled when she got a job as Ken Barlow’s carer. Even more so when he learned that the old gentleman had made a large sum of money from premium bonds. But things started to go south shortly after this when Steve McDonald accused him of being a gold digger. An accusation he vehemently denies.

However, we cannot ignore the fact that he decided to stay in his post. Ken Barlow’s babysitter but only after overhearing the man’s financial wealth. Later, the duo went on a trip abroad. Unfortunately, it looks like his job is now in jeopardy. Coronation Street spoilers reveal that Ken looks at his finances after returning from a trip abroad and informs the Barlow family that he will have to leave Cassie behind.

The news of the firing is sure to hit her hard when Ken tells her that he no longer needs her services as his caregiver. However, spoilers indicate that Ken’s jobless situation will not last long as he will fall ill again. Ken will offer Cassie an extra pound per hour to get her job back as he will need her services again. Meanwhile, Tracy Barlow won’t be too happy about Ken re-entering her life as Cassie’s babysitter.

In future chapters, Tracy attacks Cassie and brutally tells him to hang up his hook and stop sponging Ken. He also insists that she will take care of him and that the family doesn’t need Cassie. But things take a turn for the worse when Ken gets a nosebleed and starts feeling really sick. As Tracy’s condition continues to deteriorate, she feels compelled to take herself to the hospital.

Will this terrifying turn of events make Tracy and the rest of the family realize they need Cassie’s help in caring for Ken?
