Knife-wielding maniac’s third victim dead as attacker confesses to grisly stabbing spree in NYC: sources

The third victim of a knife-wielding maniac who left a bloody trail across Manhattan during a broad daylight stabbing spree on Monday died from his injuries, with the savage confessing to random killings, sources said.

The 36-year-old woman, the alleged third and final victim of 51-year-old Ramon Rivera, died from her injuries at the hospital Monday evening, sources told The Post.

The third victim of Monday’s spree has also died.

A 36-year-old construction worker and a 68-year-old man fishing in the East River were also killed in separate stabbings in Manhattan, police said.

Rivera, a homeless man with an extensive criminal record and reported mental health issues, allegedly confessed to the unprovoked stabbings that began in the morning and spanned the entire county.
