73-year-old man killed after being struck by vehicle on Indy’s northwest side

INDIANAPOLIS – A 73-year-old man died after being struck by a vehicle on the northwest side of Indianapolis on Friday.

Officers with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department responded to reports of a pedestrian struck just before 4:15 p.m. on Nov. 15. Martin Luther King Jr. responded to the 2500 block of St.

Upon arrival, officers located 73-year-old Theodore Taylor, who was transported to a local hospital.

Taylor died at the hospital the next day, IMPD said.
