18-year-old accused of rape in Northern Kentucky

FORT THOMAS, Ky. (WKRC) – An 18-year-old man has been charged with rape following a recent alleged sexual assault incident.

According to court documents, Carson Auciello allegedly admitted to raping the victim. Officers reported Auciello made statements indicating that he was aware the victim had been “beaten” and “trashed.”

Police stated that the victim was physically helpless and unable to consent due to his level of intoxication.

Auciello appeared in court Monday and is scheduled to return to court Dec. 5.
