Diddy Judge Orders Prosecution for Destruction of Copies of Notes Found in Prison Cell

The judge presiding over Diddy’s case ordered the notes found in his cell to be destroyed.

NBC News The report, which states that federal prosecutors seized 19 cables from the cell of the disgraced emperor, reveals that Sean Combs allegedly tried to influence public opinion from behind bars. At the hearing on Tuesday, November 19, details of 11 separate notes and 8 documents from a calendar were given, in which Combs wrote that he bribed witnesses and “found dirt” on the victims. Assistant U.S. Attorney Christy Slavik told U.S. District Judge Arun Subramanian that this evidence clearly shows Combs should be denied bail and that he attempted to obstruct justice.

Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ defense attorney. he asked how documents were located and security footage showing the search was requested. Agnifilo insisted that the Assistant U.S. Attorney’s actions could have resulted in a complete dismissal of the indictment or even the dismissal of the prosecution team.

Slavik explained that the Bureau of Prisons was responsible for the search. The Bureau of Prisons insisted that the search of Diddy’s prison cell was part of an “undercover investigation” and that documents were seized “appropriately.”

After hearing both arguments, Judge Subramanian ruled that the court would keep the key evidence under lock and key. But federal prosecutors will need to destroy copies of Diddy’s documents immediately.

Marc Agnifilo responded to the ruling, saying: “In conclusion, no multi-agency law enforcement initiative justifies the interception of Mr. Combs’ personal handwritten notes regarding his conversations with his attorneys, and prosecutors’ claims to the contrary lack any credibility whatsoever. ”

Federal prosecutors have previously stated that notes found in Sean Combs’ cell support allegations that the artist tried to do this. rocking blackmail victims and witnesses from behind bars.
