Peterborough Thorney Toll crash: One dead and four injured

As a result of the collision of two vehicles, 1 person died and 4 people were injured.

Emergency services were called at 8.50pm on Wednesday to reports of a collision involving a Nissan Pulsar and a gray Toyota Prius on the A47 at Thorney Toll, near Peterborough.

A man in his 60s, who was a passenger in the Nissan, was taken to Peterborough City Hospital but died from his injuries.

The female driver of the Nissan, a woman in her 60s, and the female passenger of the Toyota, a woman in her 30s, were taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
