Case Dismissed.

Jonathan Majors’ legal battle with ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari came to an end on Thursday, when she dismissed the federal lawsuit against the actor.

In the lawsuit, Jabbari accused Majors of assault and insult.

The Creed III and Marvel star was convicted in December 2023 on two misdemeanor charges of assaulting Jabbari in the backseat of an SUV.

He was sentenced to attend domestic violence counseling earlier this year.

Jabbari filed the lawsuit in March, alleging defamation, after Majors said in a Good Morning America interview that he had “never laid his hands on a woman” despite the guilty verdict.

“All allegations against the Defendant in the foregoing action are dismissed with prejudice,” attorneys for both parties wrote in a joint court filing Thursday.

Neither party’s legal team responded to requests for comment.

Majors was poised for a major career year in 2023, starring opposite Michael B. Jordan in Creed III and as Kang the Conqueror in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania.

However, his arrest in March 2023 led to serious consequences. Majors was dropped by his management and PR agencies, and Marvel Studios cut ties with him following the court decision.

Originally set to star as the villain in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, Majors’ role was canceled. Marvel shifted its focus to Avengers: Doomsday and Robert Downey Jr. He took on the role of Doctor Doom.

In 2024, Majors began to rebuild his career by starring in the thriller Merciless, directed by Martin Villeneuve. His film, Magazine Dreams, was picked up for release by Briarcliff Entertainment after being dropped by Searchlight Pictures.

Despite the difficulties, Majors has consistently denied the assault allegations and expressed hope of continuing his career in Hollywood.
