Jonathan Majors’ Ex Grace Jabbari Drops Assault and Defamation Case

Jonathan Major‘ex-girlfriend, Grace Cabbari, He dropped the assault and insult case against him.

According to court documents filed on Thursday, Nov. 21 and obtained by PEOPLE, Jabbari filed for termination with prejudice. Majors and Jabbari agreed through their attorneys that “all allegations made against the Defendant in the foregoing action are dismissed with prejudice.”

PEOPLE has reached out to attorneys on both sides.

Agreement comes later Jabarri filed a civil lawsuit against Majors in the Southern District of New York in March.

In the lawsuit, Jabarri alleged that the Majors engaged in a “pervasive pattern of domestic abuse that began in 2021 and extends into 2023.”

One of the alleged incidents occurred in September 2022. Jabbari claimed Majors threw her against the hood of his car, brought her to their home and “began to strangle her by hitting her head on the marble floor until she felt like she couldn’t breathe.” ,” following an argument the day before.

The lawsuit continues as follows: “After the incident, Majors sent a message to Grace and asked her not to tell anyone what happened. Ignoring the pain in her body as a result of the violence he inflicted on her, Majors expressed his concerns about his career.” He claims Majors was afraid of being investigated.

Jabbari files lawsuit after actor’s murder found guilty third degree misdemeanor assault, recklessly causing bodily injury, as well as harassment in the second degree In a criminal case last December alleged fight between the two in March 2023.

In that case, the actor was found not guilty of the third-degree misdemeanor count of assault with intent to cause bodily injury and not guilty of the second-degree misdemeanor aggravated harassment charge.

Jabbari claimed in the lawsuit filed in March that he was slandered “following his conviction and before sentencing,” when Majors doubled down on his public attack on Grace in an exclusive interview with ABC News, and claimed Grace lied about the entire model did. He described the abuse as he ‘never laid hands on a woman’. ”
