Andhra Pradesh: Amazon worker collapsed with fatal heart attack while greeting friend at wedding; watch the video

A wedding in Andhra Pradesh’s Kurnool faced a brief disruption after a man suffered a heart attack while greeting the bride and groom, NDTV reported.

In the video, the man, identified as Vamsi, is seen giving a gift to the couple on stage and suddenly loses his balance while surrounded by cheering guests.

Young Vamsi, who works at Amazon in Bengaluru, went to Penumada village in Kurnool for his friend’s wedding. As the groom started to open the gift given by Vamsi, he suddenly leaned to the left and the people around him held him and prevented him from falling.

Vamsi was taken to Dhone City Government Hospital, where doctors confirmed that he died of heart attack. Medical experts say there are increasing cases of teenagers dying of heart attacks in gyms and other unexpected places.

Dr D., consultant cardiologist at Wockhardt Hospitals in Mumbai. Ravi Gupta highlighted various factors behind the increase in heart attacks among young people. He stated that diabetes, sedentary lifestyle, air pollution, stress, intense exercises and steroid use are important factors.

Speaking to NDTV, Dr. Gupta explained that Indians have a genetic predisposition to heart attacks, and the increasing adoption of Western lifestyles is making this situation worse.

Recently, 49-year-old teacher Antony Gerald passed away tragically from a heart attack while teaching at a panchayat union secondary school in Sundapur in Tamil Nadu.

According to PTI, during a lecture with fourth-grade students, he suddenly experienced chest pain, sat down and collapsed.
