Jenna Brotherson, 27, married her now-husband Mitchell, 27, just seven months after the incident, after the couple continued to pretend they were still together.

In February 2020, Jenna, from Utah, ended things with Mitchell because she was “too overwhelmed.”

Thanks to Mitchell’s kindness, she realized that breaking up with him had been a mistake.

He asked her if she wanted to get back together with him and realized she had no idea they had broken up.
