Rahul Gandhi accuses Adani Group of bribery and fraud

“Who will have to pay the increased electricity prices when Adani makes a deal to sell electricity at high prices by paying bribes? You, the people,” the Congress leader said.

He added that when “scams” occur and inflated stocks fall, it is retail investors who suffer losses.

He also claimed that when ports, airports and cement come into the hands of a businessman, the profit made by this businessman comes from the pockets of the common man.

“So I say again and again; understand this game, people will always lose in this,” Gandhi said, using the hashtag #BJPwithAdani.
