TEN Days before the President Prabowo SubiantoAt the opening ceremony, the then Minister of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, Nedim Enver MakarimIt published the Ministry Regulation on the Prevention and Resolution of Violence in Higher Education Institutions dated 10 October 2024 and numbered 55/2024. One of the main focuses of this regulation is sexual violence on campuses. It strengthens the previous Ministerial Regulation No. 30/2021. Sexual Violence in Higher Education Institutions. Despite these detailed regulations on prevention and handling, cases of sexual violence in various universities often remain unresolved.
