A Bradford County man is accused of hundreds of sex crimes after a lengthy investigation involving 17 women, and authorities believe there may be more victims who have yet to come forward.

Sean Hall, 45, of Sayre, faces more than 500 felony counts; these include 69 counts of rape, 47 counts of involuntary sexual intercourse, 56 counts of sexual assault, 198 counts of indecent assault, 127 counts of aggravated indecent assault, and 18 counts of sexual assault. sexual extortion, 10 counts of strangulation, six counts of unauthorized administration of intoxicants and other unspecified crimes.

According to the criminal complaint, Hall drugged several of the victims before having sexual intercourse. The complaint also stated that he engaged in perverted sexual intercourse with many victims through coercion.

The charges stem from a months-long investigation by the Bradford County Drug Task Force into multiple drug and sexual assault allegations, according to Bradford County District Attorney Richard Wilson.

Hall was recently investigated and accused of manufacturing methamphetamine at his home on Linden Street in Sayre last year, Wilson said.

According to Wilson, during this investigation by the Drug Task Force, search warrants were executed that resulted in not only drug-related evidence, but also sexual assault evidence that Hall recorded on various cameras at the residence.

Detectives spent hundreds of hours reviewing video of numerous incidents in which non-consenting women were reportedly assaulted. Investigators said some of the victims were unconscious at the time of the attack, and in some cases the attacks lasted several hours.

“Our county is extremely fortunate to have law enforcement personnel like our Drug Enforcement Team who work to collaborate with different police agencies in fighting crime,” Wilson said in a news release. “I take my hat off to our detectives for identifying further evidence of a crime and appreciate their determination in bringing these charges.”
