A Rose Township man faces multiple charges following a domestic disturbance at the Marion Village Apartments early Nov. 25.

Christian Lormil, 33, of Glenmark Road, was arrested after Wayne County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a disturbance on Chaintree Road in Marion Township. Upon arrival, officers discovered Lormil had violated a stay-away protection order on another person at the scene. Lormil fled on foot but was found in a nearby forest and taken into custody.

Lormil was charged with three counts of Criminal Contempt in the Second Degree and Resisting Arrest in connection with the Marion incident. In addition, deputies obtained an arrest warrant for a separate domestic incident on November 18, which resulted in additional charges: three counts of Criminal Contempt in the First Degree, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Theft of a Motor Vehicle in the Second Degree, and Unauthorized Use.

Lormil was transported to the Wayne County Jail where he awaits a CAP court hearing scheduled for 7 a.m.
