Judge rejects Oxford High School shooter’s request to withdraw guilty plea

OAKLAND COUNTY, Michigan. – A judge denied the Oxford High School shooter’s request to withdraw his guilty plea.

This follows a call to that effect by the Oakland County District Attorney’s Office. The attacker is serving a life sentence Shooting that left four people dead in November 2021.

lawyers tried to start over Because they claim that the attacker was mentally ill when he pleaded guilty at the age of 16. He is currently 18 years old.

Meanwhile, the prosecutor’s office is trying to provide Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel with the appropriate documentation to launch a state-level investigation into the shooting.
