DELAWARE, Ohio (WCMH) – A Delaware man convicted of shooting a man to death in “broad daylight” will be sentenced to at least 27 years in prison.

The sentence includes a mandatory life sentence with the possibility of parole after 15 years for the murder charge, a 6-9 year prison sentence for discharging a firearm on or near a prohibited place, and a six-year prison sentence for two counts of firearm specification.
