Burlington man charged after sexually assaulting two women – CP24

A Burlington man has been charged with allegedly sexually assaulting two women.

In a statement released on TuesdayHalton Regional Police said a victim reported an alleged sexual assault about two weeks ago, resulting in the arrest of a suspect, 35-year-old Trevor Cant.

He was accused of sexual assault and voyeurism.

Investigators later discovered a second victim, resulting in Cant also being charged with sexual assault causing bodily harm (strangulation). The charges have not been tested in court.

Police said the suspect was known to use the usernames Trevor Cant and Tre Dizz on dating and social media applications.

Investigators released a photo of the suspect because they believe there may be additional victims.
