Truck crashed into tree in Santa Cruz, contents were rescued at the scene – Santa Cruz Sentinel

Santa Cruz Police Lt. Gregg Crofts is investigating after a Ford F-150 truck crashed into a tree on Seabright Boulevard in Santa Cruz in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday. Neighbors who witnessed the crash told the Sentinel that the truck’s passengers were a father and his adult daughter, and as they turned into the driveway near Windham Street, the truck suddenly accelerated and crashed head-on into a tree. When first responders arrived, the injured passengers of the truck were unresponsive, but both were revived at the scene before being transported to Dominican Hospital.
