“There are still many variables in the global geopolitical context. But if there is one thing in all this uncertainty, it is that activity will pick up again, albeit faster in some sectors than others,” Minh said.

According to KPMG, Vietnam’s M&A transaction value reached $3.2 billion with 220 deals in the first 9 months of 2024, increasing by almost 46 percent annually (compared to Thailand and Indonesia’s 11.3 percent annual increase in total transaction value).
