Chelsea O’Donnell was already facing criminal charges in both Marinette and Oconto counties.

He was charged in September in Marinette County with accessory to the crime of maintaining a drug trafficking place, neglect of a child under 6 (harmless), disorderly conduct/domestic abuse, and possession of methamphetamine, THC and drug paraphernalia. . He pleaded not guilty to those charges on Tuesday. A status conference on these charges is scheduled for January 27.

He was also recently ordered to appear in court in Oconto County on charges of possession of methamphetamine, narcotic drugs and drug paraphernalia, as well as resisting and obstructing a police officer and felony bail jumping.
