(Society)Prosecutors pleaded not guilty at the first trial of perjured teacher Lee Jae-myung…”Let’s go to middle school”.

The prosecution objected to the first trial decision that acquitted Korean Democratic Party leader Lee Jae-myung of perjury.

The court’s decision denies that there was a clear misunderstanding of the facts and a serious misunderstanding of legal principles, and notes that a fierce fight is expected at the subsequent appeal hearing.

The prosecution appealed the verdict of the first trial, which found CEO Lee Jae-myung not guilty of perjury.

He lodged his objection unusually quickly, four days after sentencing, given that the court’s decision was reviewed after the seven-day appeal period had expired.

The prosecution emphasized that there was a serious misunderstanding of the law in the decision of the first hearing and that this should be corrected.

First of all, the established law of the Supreme Court was to consider the testimony as one, but at the first hearing it overturned this and evaluated it one by one.

He also argued that there was obvious misinformation that did not comply with common sense and logic, rules of experience, or similar situations.

While acknowledging that Kim Jin-sung’s perjury was caused by CEO Lee’s teacher, it was wrong to judge that it was not intentional on CEO Lee’s part and was just a normal request for testimony.

The representative then emphasized that Lee requested false testimony at the next hearing, and although it was clear that Kim agreed to this, the court did not rule on this matter.

(Lee Jae-myung / Democratic Party leader: I mentioned this, so take a look. Take a look.)

(Kim Jin-sung / Kim Byung-ryang, former secretary of Seongnam Mayor: I should do something accordingly.)

The second hearing at the Seoul High Court, following the prosecution’s objection, is expected to lead to a bitter legal battle over whether CEO Lee knew Kim would commit perjury.
