Murray, Kentucky woman arrested for allegedly selling drugs from drive-thru window

MURRAY, Ky. (KFVS) – Officers arrested a Murray woman on Nov. 26 after conducting surveillance at a local drive-thru where an employee was allegedly selling drugs.

Mary K. Harness, 52, of Murray, Kentucky, was arrested Nov. 26 after officers said they witnessed multiple hand-to-hand drug transactions involving Harness, according to authorities.

Detectives also seized approximately 20 grams of crystal meth.

They also found digital scales, plastic bags and other items consistent with drug trafficking.

Harness, who was previously convicted of trafficking methamphetamine in 2021, is being held in the Calloway County Detention Center. Harness is charged with 1st degree controlled substance trafficking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Calloway County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the Murray State University Police Department.
