Woman uses pizza order during 911 call to prevent sexual assault

An illegal immigrant was arrested in Florida A woman posed as a pizza order and called 911 to report that she was about to be sexually assaulted.

According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, Luis Hernandez-Moncayo was charged with aggravated battery by strangulation, false imprisonment and attempted sexual battery.

In a video statement made by the sheriff’s office, it was stated that deputies received a call from a woman ordering pizza around 3:45 a.m. on October 19.

The officer who answered the call asked questions to confirm that the woman was in danger.

The sheriff’s office said they were able to determine where the phone call came from because the woman did not know where she was.

The call directed deputies to a field in Pierson. When they arrived at the scene, deputies reported finding Hernandez-Moncayo on top of the woman who was screaming for help.

In an interview with deputies, the woman said she knew Hernandez-Moncayo.

The woman said that they were drinking together at a bar and everything was normal until they consumed cocaine and this turned into violence. She said he attacked her multiple times, including strangling her.
