BCSO responds to stabbing, one victim

BAY COUNTY, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) – The Bay County Sheriff’s Office responded to a stabbing that occurred Tuesday evening.

BCSO said the stabbing occurred near CR 167 and Hwy. 231 near the Jackson County and Bay County line.

Deputies are looking for 30-year-old Jesse Bailey near Barnes Road and Tesswood Acres Lane in Fountain.

He is a white male, approximately 6 feet tall and wearing all black.

Deputies warn that he has a knife in his hand. There is a sacrifice.

Law enforcement said there will be an increased presence of deputies, K9 and the BCSO Air Unit in this area.

BCSO advises anyone who sees Jesse Bailey not to approach him, but to call 911.
