It was announced that the driver died as a result of the collision of 2 cars involving deer in Parma

PARMA, NY — A driver was pronounced dead at the scene following a crash on Clarkson Parma Townline Road in Parma Friday night.

According to a statement from the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, two vehicles traveling in opposite directions hit a deer on the highway around 8 p.m. The two people in the northbound vehicle were in good health, but the driver of the southbound vehicle died at the scene.

There are no charges for anyone involved, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
