Former First Lady Michelle Obama ex-president called Donald Trump “A weak man,” in response to comments he made about himself at a rally on Monday.

“A weak man who threatens his critics is unfit to be our commander-in-chief,” he previously wrote to X. excitementElection Day. “Vote Kamala Harris Today!”

His post included a link to an article about Trump’s rally in Raleigh, North Carolina, on Monday; in which Trump questioned whether he was allowed to “talk back” at Obama after he recently criticized him.

“And Michelle hit me… I was very nice to her out of respect. She hit me the other day,” he told the crowd.

Describing a conversation he apparently had with his advisers, he added: ‘I was about to say… ‘Am I allowed to hit him now?’ They said, ‘Relax, sir.’ My geniuses said, ‘Calm down.'”

It was not immediately clear which criticism Trump was referring to, but at a rally in Pennsylvania on Saturday, Michelle Obama referred to Trump as a “criminal and abusive.”
