Todd Golden to continue coaching Florida basketball despite sexual harassment investigation

University of Florida men’s basketball coach Todd Golden will continue to lead crocodilesalthough subject of ongoing Title IX investigation to his behavior.

The school released a statement Sunday night confirming this. There is no change in Golden’s condition following a complaint alleging sexual harassment, sexual exploitation, stalking and cyberstalking involving multiple women.

Golden will be on the side of the field 2-0 Gators It will host Grambling State on Monday night.

The formal Title IX complaint was filed Sept. 27, but became public Friday when the university’s student publication, The Alligator, published the story. details confirmed by two former students.

The third-year coach confirmed Saturday that he is cooperating with the investigation and has retained attorney Ken Turkel to represent him in a possible defamation lawsuit.

Golden, 39, went 42-29 in three seasons at UF and led the school to the NCAA Tournament last season.
