Another judge recuses himself from Najib’s wrongful prosecution appeal

Another Court of Appeal judge has abandoned hearing former prime minister Najib Abdul Razak’s appeal to reopen a malicious prosecution case against former attorney general Tommy Thomas.

Justice Faizah Jamaludin agreed to recuse herself today after the appellant’s lawyer, Firoz Hussein Ahmad Jamaluddin, filed an application for oral recusal.
