Grainger Increases FY24 Pre-Tax Profit; Near-Term Upgrades EPRA Compensation Guide

LONDON (dpa-AFX) – Grainger plc (GRI.L) reported financial year 2024 pre-tax profit of 40.6 million pounds, compared to 27.4 million pounds last year. Earnings per share were 4.2p instead of 3.5p. EPRA Earnings increased by 21% to £48.0 million. EPRA EPS was 6.5p instead of 5.4p. Adjusted EPRA Earnings after tax per share were 4.9p instead of 4.2p. Adjusted earnings were £91.6m, down 6% on the previous year. Adjusted EPS was 9.3p instead of 10.3p.

Revenue for the twelve months ending September 30, 2024 was 290.1 ​​million pounds, compared to 267.1 million pounds the previous year. The Group’s Net Rental Income increased by 14%, reaching 110.1 million lira. Comparable PRS rental growth was 6.3%.

Looking ahead, the Group has increased its EPRA earnings forecast for financial year 2026 by £5m to £60m; This is the second upgrade in the last 12 months. Additionally, the Group expects EBITDA margin to increase significantly from 54% currently to over 60% by fiscal 2029.
