ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4)—Julia Johnson tells First Alert 4 that she met Michelle Hampton at work and they became instant best friends.

Johnson said: “I think the police need to do more. “I think there was a window of opportunity between 7:00 and 11:00 in the morning that they missed.”

“Tips are coming in every minute and detectives are working to get justice for the victim in the family. ” said McCoy.

Johnson said he has his own suspicions about who might have kidnapped and killed the mother.

“Probably someone who knew him and wanted to take advantage of him is my guess. I think this is targeted. “I don’t think it’s random,” Johnson says.
