Enfield K-9 pursues suspect who fled into the woods after crash on I-91

ENFIELD, Conn. (WGGB/WSHM) – A K-9 assists with an arrest on I-91 in Enfield on Sunday.

According to the Enfield Police Department, following a reported crash on northbound I-91 on Oct. 20, responding officers were told a man had fled into the woods and they needed to call for assistance to find the suspect.

This is where Duke came in and got to work; He followed the suspect to a stream bed 120 meters into the forest where he tried to hide.

The person was found with drugs and is now in police custody, thanks to Duke.
