From the end of season 3, the following explanation was made: Why did the Man in Yellow kill (SPOILER)?

After a season filled with violence, death, and answers that bring us (if only slightly) closer to the truth in Fromland, the season 3 finale did not disappoint.

During the final, fans saw: key character is killed, A major revelation about Tabitha (Catalina Sandino Moreno) and Jade (David Alpay) and even more time travel leaves us in the middle of another major cliffhanger in season 4.

Even star Harold Perrineau admitted still have big questions.

Here’s what happened in the final episode of season 3!

From the end of season 3, the following explanation was made: Why did the Man in Yellow kill Jim?

The Man in Yellow killed Jim As a result of Tabitha and Jade discovering who they really are (reincarnated versions of Miranda and Christopher).

As it turns out, the Man in Yellow repeatedly tried to prevent the duo from getting to the truth, which eventually resulted in revenge (the murder of Tabita’s husband Jim (Eion Bailey)).

The Man in Yellow’s (Douglas E Hughes) killing of Jim also answered some questions, making it clear that he was the voice at the end of the radio in season 1, and warning Jim of Tabitha’s curiosity.

But this also raises more questions: Why is this information so dangerous?

Although we’ve seen a lot of death, Jim is the first main character to meet his demise, making it clear that absolutely no one is safe.

However, there is a caveat to this; It seems that the Man in Yellow cannot kill Tabitha or Jade himself due to their previous connections to the town.

to talk privately RadioTimes.comHarold Perrineau questioned why some characters were not killed off by the town but instead seemingly mocked, saying: “We We lost a lot of people this season only. The town wants to break Boyd, Jade encounters all kinds of people…

“So I’m really curious about who’s connected to this place, why they’re connected, and how it’s going to help us or hurt us. That’s going to be really interesting to me.”

The season 3 finale gave us some of those answers, but definitely not all of them.

Who are Miranda and Christopher?

Miranda and Christopher Previous versions of Tabitha and Jade.

The season 3 finale revealed that the duo continued to return to town in an attempt to save the children, or (as many fans speculated) they were reincarnated.

This in itself answers a lot of questions and explains Tabitha’s close bond with Victor (given that he is actually another version of her mother) and why Tabitha continues to experience memories of Miranda.

In a full-circle moment, the kids actually help Tabitha and Jade remember their connection to the town. Jim realizes that the numbers on the bottles on the bottle tree represent musical notes, and when Jade plays the song the notes represent, the children appear, reminding them of their previous life in the town.

Moreover, they realize that one of the children is their own daughter.

What happened to Fatima?

In a terrible cycle of events, Fatima Smiley gave birth to her monsterHe was reborn after Boyd killed him in season 2.

Not only did this conclude Fatima’s disturbing pregnancy storyline (thankfully, star Perrineau was fine as promised), but it also revealed a more terrifying truth about monsters: they’re immortal and seemingly permanently unkillable.

It seems the only way to kill the monsters for good will be to save the children, making Tabitha and Jade the key to everyone’s survival – but if they haven’t been able to do it in other lives, can they figure it out in this one?

During Fatima’s rescue, we also see a darker side to Boyd, who tortures Elgin after realizing he knows where she is.

Sara is also involved, as she returns to her vicious ways by cutting out one of Elgin’s eyes and eventually saving Boyd from resorting to even more violence.

Perrineau previously explained how Sara could help in the finale. RadioTimes.com: “Sara understands sounds better, and this understanding will benefit everyone else.”

What does Julie’s time travel mean?

Tragically, the final scenes of season 3 make it clear: Julie cannot change much as a result of time travel. for failing to save his father, Jim..

We see a future version of Julie appear just before Jim’s death and tell him, “That’s when it happens.”

While he will likely continue to time travel and gain valuable information, he probably won’t be able to directly change anything, as his brother Ethan told him.

But one thing it could potentially do is pass this information on to the residents of Fromland.

As we know, knowledge is everything in town; So could Julie be the key to their future survival?
