Naomi Watts mourns grandmother three months after another family death

Naomi Watts paid an emotional tribute to her grandmother, who died at the age of 101 on Sunday night.

The 56-year-old British actress shared the news on social media, posting a series of photos celebrating her grandmother’s life.

In one photo, her grandmother was captured by King George III. He appeared to be holding a letter from Charles.

“Our Grandma Watts reached 101.5… She received her letter from the King to congratulate her century, and she slept well last night. RIP,” Watts wrote.

He also included photos of family members gathering around Granny Watts at her 100th birthday party.

“Goodbye Grandma Watts is 101.5 years old!!” he added.

Her grandmother’s death marks the second family heartbreak Watts has experienced this year.

In August, she mourned the death of her grandmother, Nikki Roberts, who died at the age of 99 after a massive stroke.

“My beloved Nanna has left this world, but her spirit will never leave us. I am truly blessed to have such a beautiful relationship with her,” Watts wrote at the time.

The mother of two reflected on her grandmother’s influence: “She is such a huge part of who I am: her core values, work ethic, mischievous humor and zest for life.”

“He kept going because he loved his life and his family.

“Grandmothers are the best. “Let their stories and memories live on,” he said.

Watts, who is married to actor Billy Crudup and is best friends with Nicole Kidman, is in New York filming the upcoming legal drama All’s Fair.

Her book, “Dare I Say It: Everything I Wish I Knew About Menopause,” will be published early next year.

The aim is to tell women about their personal experiences with menopause from the inside.

“This is a book about how my life turned upside down when I was told that I had entered menopause at the age of 36! Just when I was ready to start a family, The Ring actor shared this in August.

“I thought this was the end-all, be-all, definitely my fertility and career boom.

Watts said his two grandmothers inspired him to look for ways to “optimize” his health.

When she was 14, Watts moved to Sydney with her mother and enrolled in acting classes.

He made his film debut in 1986 with the movie For Love Alone.

Despite his years in Australia, Watts is a proud Brit.

“I consider myself British and have very happy memories of the UK,” he told the BBC in 2014. I spent the first 14 years of my life in England and Wales and never wanted to leave. “I went to England a lot while I was in Australia.”
