Lozells: Five people arrested, police searching for murder suspect

Detectives are searching for a 27-year-old man whom they would like to speak to in connection with the murder of a 39-year-old teenager in Birmingham earlier this year.

Ekrimh Mena’a, 39, died after being found with stab wounds following a disturbance on Hunters Road in Lozells in the early hours of September 30.

A second man in his 20s was also seriously injured.

Police said five men, aged between 21 and 38, from addresses in Birmingham, were arrested on Tuesday on suspicion of murder and attempted murder and were being held for questioning.
