One death in traffic accident in Thomson Town

The Minnesota State Patrol says one person was killed in a car crash in Thomson Township on Oct. 26 just after 3 p.m.

According to the report, the driver, a 41-year-old woman from Duluth whose name has not yet been released, was traveling north on I-35 when her Honda Pilot lost control and went off the highway and crashed into several trees.

The State Patrol has not released further details at this time.
