Kamala Harris Dismisses Polls, Says She Trusts Her ‘Instinct’

Vice President Kamala Harris Addressing reporters in the battleground state of Pennsylvania on Sunday morning, nine days before the election, he declined a question about his campaign’s extension.

He told the media at the press conference that he trusted his “gut instincts” that the crowd was coming for him and that he had the wind at his back.

Harris He is statistically tied with his 2024 rival in the Commonwealth, the former President. Donald Trumpduring new vote demonstrated national leadership slip in recent weeks.

Addressing the media in Philadelphia on Sunday morning, the vice president portrayed the race as a binary choice between his own desire to get the job done and Trump’s alleged desire to settle scores.

“If it’s Donald Trump, you can see what’s going on. Behold, on that day it will come to pass that he will sit at the table and ponder over his list of enemies. He is full of complaints. “It is full of dark language about revenge and vengeance,” he said. “Either he will be there or I will be there, focused on my to-do list.”

Reuters’ Jeff Mason then asked him: “Mr. Vice President, can you tell us about your internal polling in the campaign and how that informs or influences your decisions about what you will do in the next nine days?” Harris’ response was:

So, to be very frank with you, my gut vote is my gut. I let the campaign staff handle all this other stuff and respond to what I see. So just two nights ago 30,000 people showed up. I actually think there are over 30,000 people with incredible enthusiasm. If you see people coming last night.

Every event and emotion we do is energy and excitement. What I love about the people who show up is that they reflect every aspect of who we are as a country and as Americans. Everyone from every race, every age, every gender, every different origin is together under one roof. This is very exciting. The number of young people, you know, is starting to indicate that voters who are going there for the first time are now actually registered. This is very exciting and the momentum is with us.
