Deep throws to Parker Washington and Brian Thomas gave the Jaguars a first down at the Packers’ 21 with 16 seconds left. Three plays later the Jaguars settled for a 39-yard field goal.

The Packers have a playoff pick before the 2-minute warning, and that means a 12-yard completion for Christian Watson to put the ball at the 42. On second down, a nice throw and catch from the sideline by Love and Doubs moved 25 yards and led to the Jaguars’ 33. A deep 3rd-and-5 by Love falls incomplete and McManus appears to kick a 46-yard field goal, but play on defense His delay gives the Packers a one in 23 chance of getting a first down. The Packers gained just three yards and McManus kicked a 38-yard field goal with 54 seconds left in the quarter.

The Jaguars gained their first down on the opening play of the series after Christian Kirk completed a 33-yard completion for the first play of the game. Rookie Brian Thomas’ 18-yard completion and Tank Bigsby’s 14-yard scuff gave the Jaguars first-and-goal on 2nd down. An illegal conduct penalty on 2nd-and-goal favors the Jaguars, but quarterback Trevor Lawrence covers the ball and scores from 6 yards on the next play.

On 2nd-and-6, Love avoids pressure and finds Tucker Kraft 67 yards open for a 1st-and-goal at the 9-yard line. After an illegal shift set them back five yards, the Packers failed to gain ground and settled for a 31-yard field goal by Brandon McManus.

The Packers force another punt after only three plays by Jacksonville’s offense and will start from their own 20. The Jaguars had just 24 yards of total offense and no first down with 9:24 left in the second quarter.

Doubs can’t catch Love’s 3rd-and-6, but a pass interference call on Montaric Brown on 3rd-and-6 puts the Packers at the 3-yard line, and Jacobs scores an easy field goal from three yards out instead of a field goal. The Packers took a 3-0 lead.

On 2nd and 12 from their own 4-yard line, Trevor Lawrence’s pass to Christian Kirk was intercepted by Xavier McKinney at the 34-yard line. This is McKinney’s sixth interception of the season.

Complementing running back Chris Brooks isn’t enough for a first down, but illegal hands on face give the Packers a chance at a first down. However, on 2nd and 11, Love’s shot to Doubs from the 6-yard line was stopped by Jarrian Jones.

The Jaguars could only manage seven yards before having to punt as neither offense looked sharp early. After returning from the medical tent, Love starts at his own seven-yard line and throws a 31-yard strike to Romeo Doubs. After a five-yard gain by Jacobs, Love hit Doubs up the middle for another 18 yards for a first down at the Jacksonville 33. On 2nd and 11, Love gets another first down by hitting consecutive short throws to Dontayvion Wicks and Christian Watson. 22. On 2nd and 12 plays, Love swung the ball to Reed for 4 yards and the quarter ended.

The Packers run the ball twice and then on a third throw to Jayden Reed, it slips away as Reed dives for the ball. Whelan punts from the seven-yard line and his 50-yard boot gives the Jaguars solid 50-yard field position.

The Packers force a 3rd-and-4 from the Jaguars 23 and Lawrence can’t find an open receiver on a two-yard run. A 73-yard punt forces the Packers to kick off at their own 2-yard line. Love is back on the field for the Packers.

The Packers’ first three plays (two passing and one running) produced 24 yards after starting from the 30. After Jordan Love’s timeout with 12:59 left, a jet sweep to Jayden Reed yielded nothing. On 3rd-and-3, Jacobs gets 16 yards, but a holding call sets up 3rd-and-9 at the 46. Love comes out of the pocket and throws incomplete and the Packers will punt. While Love was running, he landed slightly awkwardly on his foot and limped off the field.

Quay Walker failed to complete concussion protocol in time for Sunday’s kickoff. Jacksonville Jaguars.

Green Bay Packers The defender is inactive after withdrawing from last week’s game. Houston Texans with concussion. Walker, He was listed as questionable on Friday’s injury reporttrained throughout the week but was not cleared for match day.
