A federal judge may have banned authorities and attorneys in the criminal case of Sean “Diddy” Combs from talking to the media or anyone else about it, but a new lawsuit alleges the horrific rape of a 10-year-old founder of Bad Boy Records in 2005 He was screaming loudly. It speaks volumes about just how far the now imprisoned emperor has gone and how the allegations against him have literally and figuratively reached a new low.

This latest of nearly a dozen lawsuits filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzbee details how the ambitious young man was drugged and assaulted by Combs in a Manhattan hotel room; This will sound familiar to anyone who has followed more than a large number of cases. Lawsuits filed against the ‘I’ll Miss You’ artist last year.

“Combs asked Plaintiff how badly he wanted to be a star and what Plaintiff would do to become a star,” states the lawsuit filed today in New York State court against the boy who came from Los Angeles for John Doe. His parents decided to make contacts in the music industry for what he calls his “burgeoning” career. “The plaintiff said he would ‘do anything’ like any ten-year-old could.

Combs is then said to have given the plaintiff a drink that was now allegedly laced with drugs.

“After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling the effects, Combs told plaintiff to approach him, which plaintiff did,” the filing states. “Combs then suddenly pushed the plaintiff down and said things to the effect of ‘Sometimes you have to do some things you don’t want to do,'” the claim continues. “When the plaintiff pushed the plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss him.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs still forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and continued to thrust it in and out repeatedly.”

The alleged victim later stated that she “fainted after being terrified, but then woke up half-naked and her anus and buttocks hurt so much.” After the rape, Combs, who was widely blamed, allegedly threatened the child’s parents. He also gave the child a place in the industry. It is also said that he told her not to tell anyone what happened if she wanted to reach him.

Although the alleged victim later explained to his family what had supposedly happened, no one went to authorities out of concern that Combs would follow through on his threats. As for the victim himself, today’s suits paint a portrait of a young life shattered from the start.

“He regularly struggles with fears and night terrors,” the filing in today’s New York Supreme Court says. “In short, Plaintiff was deprived of a normal childhood due to his encounter with Defendant Combs and was unable to interact with others and generally live a normal life.”

As with all other lawsuits filed so far for the more than 100 alleged victims who have contacted Buzbee since his call and hotline number earlier this fall, the Texas attorney and other attorneys in the case are seeking a range of unspecified damages for their clients in the matter.

“The attorney behind this case is more interested in media attention than the facts, as evidenced by the constant press coverage and 1-800 number,” Combs’ team said in a statement today, a bit of a repeat of previous statements. “As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity attempt, even those that are seemingly ridiculous or provably false.
