This latest in nearly a dozen lawsuits to come from Houston attorney Tony Buzbee details the drugging and assault of ambitious teenagers in a Manhattan hotel room by Combs, in an MO that will sound familiar to anyone who has followed numerous cases. I will miss it” against the artist.

“Combs asked Plaintiff how badly he wanted to be a star and what Plaintiff would do to become a star,” said the lawsuit filed today in New York State court about the boy who came from Los Angeles for John Doe. His parents decided to make contacts in the music industry for what he calls his “burgeoning” career. “The plaintiff said he would ‘do anything’ like any ten-year-old could. ”

Combs is then said to have given the plaintiff a drink that was now allegedly laced with drugs.

“After plaintiff consumed his soda and began feeling the effects, Combs told plaintiff to approach him, which plaintiff did,” the filing states. “Combs then suddenly pushed the plaintiff down and said things to the effect of ‘Sometimes you have to do some things you don’t want to do,'” the claim continues. “When the plaintiff pushed the plaintiff down, Combs pulled his penis out of his pants and told the ten-year-old plaintiff to ‘kiss him.’ When the plaintiff resisted, Combs still forced his penis into the plaintiff’s mouth and continued to thrust it in and out repeatedly.”

The alleged victim later stated that she “fainted after being terrified, but then woke up half-naked and her anus and buttocks hurt so much.” After the rape, Combs allegedly threatened the boy’s parents. He also told the boy he wanted to get somewhere in the industry. It is also said that he told her not to tell anyone what happened.

Although the alleged victim later revealed what had allegedly happened to his family, no one went to authorities out of concern that Combs would follow through with his threats. As for the victim, today’s suit paints a portrait of a young life shattered from the start.

“He regularly struggles with fears and night terrors,” the filing in today’s New York Supreme Court says. “In short, Plaintiff was deprived of a normal childhood due to his encounter with Defendant Combs and was unable to interact with others and generally live a normal life.”

With today’s other lawsuit alleging that Combs raped a 17-year-old “Making the Band” contestant in 2008, and all the other lawsuits they’ve filed over the past two weeks, Buzbee and his attorney pals are laying out the history of his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura hitting the producer in November 2023 These are the latest accusations against Combs since he filed the lawsuit. As with all other lawsuits filed so far for the more than 100 alleged victims who have contacted Buzbee since he created a hotline number earlier this fall, the Texas attorney and other lawyers involved are seeking a range of unspecified damages for their clients.

“The attorney behind this case is more interested in media attention than the facts, as evidenced by the constant press coverage and 1-800 number,” Combs’ team said in a statement today, a bit of a repeat of previous statements. “As we have said before, Mr. Combs cannot respond to every new publicity attempt, even those that are seemingly ridiculous or provably false. Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts and integrity of the judicial process. What will prevail in court is the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone, male or female, adult or minor.

In previous lawsuits against Combs, he was accused of raping her a 13 year old girl in 2000 and a 16 year old boy in 1998, among many other civil cases. He was arrested in a hotel in New York on September 16 Combs, 54, faces charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for prostitution, and faces life in prison if convicted in the federal criminal case.

In the more than a month since his arrest, Twice has been denied pretrial release on $50 million bail, and Combs, who has appealed in a third long-term attempt, is currently in the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

In a further show of Combs’ legal troubles, the center was raided Monday by the feds in a raid called an “interagency operation.” As another sideshow, with Combs’ legal team making vitriol about leaks from Homeland Security and the U.S. Attorney’s Office. Combs’ three-count criminal trial to begin May 5, 2025.
